As Bondi Junction’s landscape continues to evolve, the announcement of a new $400m residential development along bustling Oxford St will add more than 100 new homes to the precinct.
Stargate Property is launching Signature Bondi Junction, a block of 118 apartments across two adjoining buildings that will rise 14 storeys over the transforming suburb.
Despite the sales campaign only launching in the last week of February, 25 per cent of the development has already sold with strong interest from first-home buyers, young professionals, and investors according to Ray White Projects sales director, Marcello Bo.

Located in central Bondi Junction, within footsteps of the transport interchange and Westfield and a short bus trip to the beach, Signature features one-, two- and three-bedroom units, including upper level residences with north-facing harbour views.
Prices for the one-bedroom apartments begin at $1.65m, while the two-bedroom units are from $2.55m and three-bedrooms from $3.25m.

Designed by architecture and interiors practice SJB, Signature Bondi Junction will also be home to carefully considered resident-only amenities, including a rooftop pool and barbecue retreat with panoramic city and district views.
Additionally, there will be secure basement parking and storage with lift access, electric vehicle charging stations, secure video intercoms, and an on-site building manager as well as a concierge service.
Construction at Signature is now underway, with completion expected later this year.
