Bondi Beach’s largest single-level apartment sells for circa $22 million

AYA Penthouse, the largest single-level apartment in Bondi Beach, has just been sold for approximately $22 million, ahead of its scheduled completion.

The construction is due to be completed at the end of September.

Designed by world-renowned architect Koichi Takada, the 353 sqm penthouse, with four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and two parking spaces, is a landmark achievement in prestige Australian real estate.

Marketed and sold by Eddie Mansour of Ray White Projects and Jeremy Wiesner of Wiesner Property, the penthouse represents the pinnacle of coastal luxury.

“The price of $22 million sets a new benchmark for non-beachfront facing apartments in Bondi Beach,” Mr Mansour said.

“Every square metre of this penthouse goes above and beyond. The indoor/outdoor living areas, enhanced by Takada’s signature touches, were a major drawcard for buyers,” Mr Wiesner said.

Tal Silberman, group managing director of Moshav Financial said that he was incredibly proud of their group’s development, setting a new benchmark for luxury property.

“AYA Penthouse epitomises coastal luxury with its iconic location and innovative design. This record-breaking sale is testament to the desirability of Bondi Beach and the appetite for truly magnificent design,” Mr Silberman said.

Buyers agent Will Roberts from Alsaker negotiated the sale on behalf of the Eastern Suburbs buyer.

The AYA Penthouse is part of the Aqualine Bondi Beach development, which incorporates 12 exclusive apartments.

Developed by Moshav Financial and constructed by Lords Group, this project represents the current demand for high-end residential development in Sydney.
