New Townhouse project to boost stock for downsizers in Pymble

Elisian Pymble

FIFTEEN new townhouses are coming to the upper north shore suburb of Pymble, as part of the Elisian development at 16A Park Cres.

Designed by local business Gelder Architects, it will be built by NCC and Elisian Developments, with a goal of filling a void for groups such as downsizers who wish to not move out of the home into apartments.

All townhouses will have three bedrooms and will be spread over four levels.

Local architect Stuart Gelder said Elisian has been designed to appeal to a mixed bag of buyers and to foster a strong sense of community.

“The private elevator makes access easy for the older generation but the townhouses also have space that would appeal to families,” he said.

“There’s a beautiful park opposite and the building will be immersed within the surrounding natural environment. This development offers a real opportunity for a mixed community to thrive for a lifetime.”

Ray White Projects managing director and partner Eddie Mansour said the project would allow for buyers such as downsizers to remain on the upper north shore and keep their lifestyle that they become accustomed to.

Each townhouse has two bathrooms, plus secure direct access parking for two cars and a number of outdoor balconies and spaces.

Inside, rooms have been styled to the highest quality. The designer kitchen has stone benchtops, plenty of storage and a gas cooktop.

Residents are able to access every level from the garage to the main bedroom on the top floor via their own lift. Floors can also be accessed via a staircase.

Elisian is also a short walk to the Pymble train station, bus services, schools and the village.

Residences will be priced from $1.79 million to $2.4 million, and will be due for completion in late 2021.
