After more than two years in the making, the dust has finally settled at Willoughby Grounds with new residents making the transition into the 184-apartment, five-building project on Walter St.
This week, Willoughby Grounds developer First Quadrant Properties and Ray White Projects are launching a limited release of 10 residences with a luxury bonus worth $40,000.
Prospective buyers can “taste test” the designer deal in person at an on-site display unit, at 7 Walter St, Willoughby, that has been furnished by Coco Republic.
The latest 10-unit release features two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with car parking; each with $40,000 furniture packages from the popular brand.
Additionally, buyers will receive interior styling consultations with Coco Republic design specialists.
“Willoughby Grounds and Coco Republic share similar brand values – extraordinary furniture and bespoke interior styling within immaculately designed apartments,” says Ray White Projects managing director Eddie Mansour.
“For downsizers, empty-nesters, rightsizers and upgraders alike, this means an immediate, move-in ready experience where every residence can be seamlessly transformed into a beautifully curated home.”
He adds that the unique offering gives buyers a helping hand during a time often filled with stress.
“It’s about making the transition into a new home not only easier, but genuinely enjoyable and exciting, with a level of refinement that enhances day-to-day living from the moment you walk in,” he says.
Designed by Architecture Urbaneia and built by 4.5 iCIRT-rated builder Dasco with additional interiors by DKO, Willoughby Grounds is inspired by the suburb’s past industries, including brick making, tanning, blacksmithing, pottery and logging.
Released this week with prices starting at $1.6m, the collection forms part of the broader Willoughby Grounds development adjacent to Hallstrom Park.
Estimated weekly rents are $1100 to $1300 for two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with parking.
Dasco is the developer behind other local projects such as One Rose in Roseville, The Newlands in St Leonards and The Residences at Wahroonga Estate.
The Willoughby apartments feature stone kitchens with Miele and Gaggenau appliances, minimal shared walls, European oak engineered timber floors in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Each footprint has spacious balconies with leafy views.
About 40 per cent of the site is dedicated to landscaped open space with native planting, communal gardens and shared outdoor areas, including rooftop gardens and a children’s play area, integrated throughout the project.
